Note on alternative dispute resolution under the ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG
Under the link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, the EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to settle disputes in connection with their online order without having to call in a court of law.
FFS Film- & Fernseh-Synchron GmbH does not participate in a dispute settlement procedure within the meaning of the VSBG.
